Violation Complaint Form 

If you have a complaint or concern, please complete the Violation Complaint Form below, with pictures if available and return it to our office via mail, email or bring into the office in person. 
We require a completed form with your contact information and a detailed description of the issue in order for our office to investigate.

Conditional Use/Variance Application

A conditional use is a use that may, with council's approval, be permitted in a zone.  Considerations are given on the use, such as compatibility with the area, impact to neighbouring landowners and the need for that use in that area.   

A variance is required when a person proposes to construct a building on their property and it does not conform to the regulations for that zone or the property itself doesn't conform. 

Previous Lived in Dwelling 

If you are relocating a PLD, this form must be completed in full for review by the building inspector.

Tri-Roads Permit Application

This form covers Building, Sign, Development, Plumbing, and Demolition Permit applications. Please provide all required and applicable information.
